Independent Monitoring of the Hanoi Core State on Aid Effectiveness in Vietnam
This was the first partner country monitoring report. Agulhas was invited to develop the multi-annual monitoring timetable & methodology, including donor, sectoral and thematic case studies.
The report will be used as Vietnam’s contribution to the global evaluation of Paris Declaration implementation for the Accra High Level Forum 2008.
