Provision of learning and monitoring services
Agulhas was contracted by the Aspen Institute to monitor and report on progress and lessons from their new AMP Health programme. To date, this has covered Kenya, Malawi and Sierra Leone. AMP Health is an innovative public-private partnership approach to working with Ministries of Health to strengthen leadership and management capability, with an initial focus on community health systems. The programme includes placement of mid-career professionals into Ministries of Health, leadership and management training, and cross-country sharing of lessons learned.
