Sierra Leone Development Effectiveness Review
Agulhas was contracted by the African Development Bank (AfDB) to prepare the Sierra Leone Development Effectiveness Review. The review assessed Sierra Leone’s achievements over its post-conflict transition and the contribution that the Bank made to those achievements. The review showcased the results that were achieved through the Transition Support Facility, and the value of establishing a Sierra Leone Field Office, which resulted in a stronger and more flexible partnership.
