To deliver the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 in the “Decade of Action”, joint efforts for mobilising domestic revenues are more crucial than ever. Since the launch of the Addis Tax Initiative (ATI) in the course of the Third International Conference on Financing for Development in 2015, ATI members have reaffirmed their commitment to support financing socio-economic development through domestic revenues, which are considered the most reliable source of funding for sustainable development.
The 2019 ATI Monitoring Report allows us to assess how ATI members have progressed towards achieving the commitments made in 2015.
