Working across both the Conflict, Crises and Global Challenges (CRUNCH) and Climate Hubs, Mazvita assists with research and analysis across Agulhas’ portfolio of reviews, including those for the UN, Addis Tax Initiative (ATI) Monitoring and the Independent Commission for Aid Impact UK (ICAI).
Mazvita is part of the Multilateral Organisation Performance Assessment (MOPAN) team currently assessing UNHCR and WFP. She has also been a part of the team that assessed UN OCHA and IOM, acquiring a substantial knowledge of the MOPAN assessment methodology and key challenges for humanitarian organisations.
She is also co-lead of the Agulhas Unlearning team. The Unlearning team have been leading Agulhas through a process of reflection and collective learning. Mazvita has helped to develop and co-lead in-house workshops with a particular focus on social inclusion, gender, racial equality and equity.
