A highly experienced independent consultant, Angharad brings 20 years’ experience in managing programmes for DFID and FCO, and in delivering M&E in the international development and humanitarian sector.
An’s experience to date demonstrates strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills across a range of governance and economic development programmes including the design and monitoring of grant funds.
An was Team Lead for the Learning and Monitoring Programme Somalia (LAMPS) providing quality assurance on Third Party Monitoring Reports of a three-year programme providing monitoring, evaluation, learning and consultancy services supporting DFID Somalia’s development portfolio in economic development, governance and health. She also led the ERC (Enhanced Response Capacity) funded project that developed a toolkit for humanitarian practitioners on better preparedness and timely activities to respond to slow onset food security crises including the pre-crisis market mapping assessment and household economic approach.
An has provided technical support to a project providing Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Services for the CSSF Western Balkans Portfolio.
