Evaluation of the The specialist contributing to Citizen Engagement for Social Service Delivery III  (CESSD III)

The CEESD Project Phase III was “a multi-sectoral capacity building initiative working at the community, district, and provincial level to improve the supply of, and access to, basic social  services in the areas of education, health care, and water supply” being implemented in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Province of Pakistan. The  project provided training  and technical assistance to governments at provincial and district levels, government training institutes, and “Social Service Committees”. Training and technical assistance was provided directly to relevant government departments in each sector at provincial and district levels. Both the evaluation and the project were funded by the Government of Australia’s Department for Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the evaluation was conducted by Agulhas.
